  Purchase was eventually delivered by EVRI but the box had been bashed about in transit. However Matt had wrapped the item extremely well so it did arrive undamaged. Thank you Matt. Having said that I am very pleased with my purchase. It was as described and in working order. I’d recommend this seller, he responds quickly to emails and is very helpful.

  My heart sank when I saw the state of the cardboard box, it had almost disintegrated, but the casserole was so well-wrapped in bubble wrap that it wasn't at all damaged. It arrived in fairly good time and I'm very pleased with it; as described, good price. Thank you.

  Awesome! Item arrived very fast, carefully. Since I didn't receive it by my self, don't know the exact package condition but I'm sure that it came packed well.   I don’t normally leave reviews but I honesty cannot recommend this seller enough. The first package got lost by Evri, which obviously is not the sellers fault at all, but they were so kind and luckily had multiple stock of the item so offered to send me out another one. Such great communication and such a genuine person. Item arrived packaged so carefully and very fast. Item was in perfect condition exactly as described. Thank you so much I really appreciate it X

  Brilliant service. Condition exactly as described. Very fair price for jellycat item. Posted to me straight away and arrived on the day I had hoped. Very well packaged. Lovely, good quality little doll bought as a well done gift..... recipient was delighted.
