    Had an issue with broken pieces on a Dept 56 Apple Orchard, even though it was new. No damage to shipping box and packing was great. Excellent communication with seller to decide on what to do. Seller was willing to take it back and give me a refund, but I ended up keeping it and gluing the pieces. Seller did give a partial refund towards the repairs. I would recommend this seller.

    Said six but pictured five dolls, so it was a bit surprise how many there would be. Arrived in a huge box, but well packaged (important when you send overseas). First I thought there had to be at least eleven doll inside such a large package, but I received five of them. So as pictured. I´m appy with the purchase. Thank you.

    I may never have received the necklace but I need to reach out and Thank this seller. He went above and beyond put extra tracking on trying to find this lost item at the same time keeping in touch with me with such kindness. The saddest part of this was it was out for delivery and I never received it. The seller did not hesitate and returned my money.
