    First Class Experience with a First Class Seller. Item arrived Well and Cleanly packaged and I recieved full tracking updates along the way. The item arrived exactly as described and as shown in the photographs. I had a little question about the product that I was unsure on (at 10.30pm in the evening) and to my pleasent suprise Matt responded within seconds in a clear, respectful and customer focussed way. I wish there were more eBay sellers like this seller. Excellent, Prompt & Great Service!!

    First rate experience! The lights were exactly as described and were delivered extremely quickly! (Ordered on Sunday evening and delivered Tuesday morning) Very well packed to avoid damage to a fragile item. Communication with Matt was also excellent.     This is the second Dyson SV03 I’ve purchased from this seller. While the first had some issues, I’m pleased to say this one arrived in good working order. It matches the description, though the condition was a bit more worn than expected. Packaging was adequate, and delivery was timely. Postage cost was reasonable, though overall value wasn’t quite as strong compared to other purchases. Still, a functional item and a smooth transaction—thank you!

    The seller was great. Arrived well-packed but can't say the same for DPD. They sent me an email to say they were delivering on Tuesday, which arrived mid-afternoon and then they didn't turn up at all. Finally delivered on Thursday.

    Soundbar. The quality, condition and overall appearance were exactly as listed. I was pleasantly surprised the order was better than I expected TBH. It was delivered well packed and VERY promptly, with tracking that worked!!!. The price was reasonable. Seller was helpful and responded to questions. Customer service and support is good. I'm very satisfied with the result. I would not hesitate to buy again from this seller again.
