    The seller took great care in wrapping and packaging the items with multiple layers of protection. Unfortunately, the bottom of the shipping box was dented during transit, which caused two pieces to arrive broken. When I contacted the seller, they kindly issued me a credit even though it wasn’t their fault. A trustworthy and reliable seller—I highly recommend!

    Great value, fast delivery, secure packaging, high quality Dept 56 piece, and the appearance in person was better than described. The details on this piece are off the chart!...the colors used are still crisp and bright, the lighting is great, and it's just simply beautiful! I would highly recommend this seller based upon my positive experience. Great care was taken with preserving its beauty.

    The item was as described and the value was great. the shipping was as expected but just a suggestion on the packaging the item should have at least had a dark plastic around box to prevent dirt and rips happening to the original box and the shipping label from leaving glue on box and rips when trying to remove label as it was new. Over all though was very pleased with the purchase

    Thank you. Quick shipping and great packaging. Item. Was as described and great value, but it was fragile and it broke. The seller responded immediately and provided a complete refund. My heart was a little broken since I really wanted this one, but I have only great things to say for the seller in how they handled a matter that was outside anyone’s control. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
