  Thank you. Quick shipping and great packaging. Item. Was as described and great value, but it was fragile and it broke. The seller responded immediately and provided a complete refund. My heart was a little broken since I really wanted this one, but I have only great things to say for the seller in how they handled a matter that was outside anyone’s control. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Seller accidently sent wrong lot. When I contacted them, they immediately credited full purchase price. I have bought from them several times now and this hasn't happened before or after, but knowing how well it was taken care of will keep me buying from them.

  Unfortunately my package got lost in the mail. I contacted the seller and before I could even ask he refunded my money. I totally respect that!! Excellent communication with the seller! It took over three weeks for the package to be delivered from Colorado to Hawaii, which is unusually long based on my past experiences. While I am satisfied with the product itself, the extended shipping timeline significantly impacted my overall experience.
