  seller great communication. had to do a return on the product due to language barrier on my end. i asked for return, and the seller accepted. buyer has to pay shipping for return, so make sure you read the description. shipping can be expensive for both buyers and sellers. for the record, this was not the sellers fault. i assumed the games could be changed to english from settings, but no. refund was provided after product was received by the seller. thanks again. would buy from again.

  The game arrived VERY quickly for a Japanese import. And as always with these products that are shipped straight from Japan, it was packed VERY securely. everything was as shown and described and at a cheap price for a collector's item at that. I've been seeking every Arcana Heart game that has a physical release, and was going to get the Euro version of this game, but I loved the boxart and pins too much, plus it was cheaper once again. Overall VERY positive experience. Thank you!
