  There was an issue with incorrect delivery, however seller replied straight away ( even with being away) and sent it again and came next day all in great condition. Amazing quality and value for money. I got 2 limited editon stitches. Even got a partial refund for the mishap. A refund was sent for one as case didnt close ( my end i they were one not seperate cases ) I offered to send back an item or pay back the refund however kindly told me to keep both for the issues. Would 100% buy again

  Purchase 15th Aug, claim is a UK seller/ 3 - 5 day delivery. Contacted the seller for update, delayed response claiming sickness & stock issues, further delays contacted again told it’s on its way. Eventually contacted by evri saying it is out for delivery on that day, three days later (29th) after many emails it was delivered. Case missing and the unit is faulty! Seller responses late pm/early am, package from Alibaba complete with Chinese writing! Seller still playing games … avoid!!

  I thought paying extra for the box meant it was stil gonna be in the box but it arrived i. Bags with the box folded up if I knew that's what the seller meant I would of just gone with without the box other than that my bf loves it

  Item advertised as 1/24 scale pictorial with working scanner light only in the sellers difficult to read description does it say it 1/32 scale without a working scanner yet the price is still that of the larger model. Communication with the seller is none existent which gives me little faith of a refund if I sent it back. Avoid this seller. In my opinion a con artist.

  The gt4 pro mens smart watch, did not have several of the features advertised, which i pointed out to the seller. Eventually after I had started the returns process I got a response asking for a photo. How do you take a photo of something not there? The reason for return despite boasting a battery life of a few days, the charge lasted from 7:45 pm till 6:05 am, so around 10 hrs. This was all after a much longer delivery time than advised.
