  Arrived sooner than expected. Best packaging of product I've received. Fair pricing. Unfortunately the product received did not match the description. Description indicated it was a Rev.C3. However, we received Rev.C2. Incompatible revisions. Pictures show what was received (in blue wrapper) and pic with screen w/screws taped to it is what is needed. Could not see rev number in offer due to tape on plastic wrap. Awaiting reply from seller for return or replacement.

  This is Skywayman I previously left a negative feedback on a Dell latitude 3300 regarding no seller reply or acknowledgement. Seller did not get my message and was unaware of problems. I retract that negative feedback and must state seller has responded and was unaware of problems with item. I have to state seller has made good on response and shipping and the items were as advertised, nothing but good things to say about service and sale. Ken

  The item was as described; it was packaged carefully and annotated with fragile stickers. The shipping carrier was a bit irresponsible with the package, so the contents arrived damaged, but the seller was very understanding, and communication was great; we reached an agreement effortlessly. I highly recommend this seller after my interaction with him.

  I'd like to give Jordan al least 10 stars. The packaging was over the top. It would protect it against anything short of nuclear war. The item was in better conition than described. As a used item it was a tremendous value. He shipped it very fast. FedEx adjusted the delivery several times but was still acceptable. An important note - any issues with FedEx were not Jordan's problem. He got it in the system in record time. Overall an impressive seller. Highly recommended!

  Product was as described, packing was great, value was worth it! Shipping got delayed somehow after seller sent it out. It took an extra few days, BUT THIS WAS NOT SELLER FAULT. Would definitely buy from seller again!
