  Seller was fine. Evri the delivery company, an absolute nightmare! Delivered to the wrong address. Wouldn’t go and get it and bring to the right address. Wouldn’t ring me back, all had to be done by “chat”. In the end they sent me a map of where it was delivered to and I had to go and get it. No compensation, nothing not even an apology. Just “well at least you have your parcel now” 🤬🤬🤬

  These are a beautiful pair of horses, better than I imagined, definitely value for money, packaging was OK enough for them to arrive in great condition, the box was a weatabix box some of the tape was falling off, and ripped but so many deliveries these days things can't but help getting a bit damaged, but very happy thanks x
