It took the seller 8 days to ship the item, another 2 days to take to usps and 8 days to arrive. This is unacceptable. Seller never answered any of my text messages. Comforter has an awful smell. Would not recommend purchasing from this seller. No customer service. The box item was shipped in was way too big and damaged when arrived.
