He was quick to let me know that the piece I ordered (the last one) had an imperfection, promptly sent me pictures of the issue and asked if I wanted a discount or to cancel the sale. I went ahead with it because it wasn't a huge issue. But the fact he did that means a ton! It fit my GTI perfectly and is exactly what I needed for a good price. Shipping was also fast! Thanks!
