Unfortunately, the shipping address was a school that has no mailbox and is closed on weekends. I informed the seller of this error, and they responded that they had shipped to the correct address (which I already knew), and offered no solutions to get what I ordered without re-ordering from scratch. While I can't fault the seller for the shipper's mistake, I can't trust the seller to make my next order a great experience.
