  Incredible service as usual and can only thank them for their refund. It appears that the manufacture Osmo unwittingly discontinued the advertised product with an alternative method by spray which I received. The company acknowledged the dilemma and for the sake of the amount and time wasted, kindly gave a full refund which was much appreciated.

  Item arrived but the rubber seal was missing. The pack was new and unopened so was obviously not packed at the factory where t was produced. Contacted marches-ironmongery to explain the problem and sent photographs of the threshold minus seal. Lara dealt with my query and had a replacement seal mailed to me which arrived in two days. Very happy with this company and the customer service. Not an expensive item but was dealt with in a very professional way and without fuss. Than very much!

  Eventually received parcel after some issues regarding the sellers courier. Seller could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue and i must thank them for that A++++ More than i can say about DX delivery !
