  I received my Russell Wright vegetable bowl in perfect condition and just as described on the site. The seller sent it promptly: however the USPS routed it for the past 3 weeks to multiple hubs ; back and forth. Miraculously altho the box looked beat-up and crushed, the careful packing with plenty of tightly packed bubble wrap saved this bowl from damage I was concerned because a recent purchase of vintage pottery was not well packed and did arrive broken.

  Again, my apologies for the lack of care that the USPS took with your package. Thankfully I took more care in its packaging since it went on such a long journey to finally get to you! That is just one reason why I do pay such attention to carefully wrapping each purchase! There's just no way of knowing when a piece will get diverted, overlooked etc. Just very glad that you were able to finally receive your treasure & it was still in the condition that you wanted! That makes me :) #joyfound

  Item was exactly what seller described as and made sure to carefully package it with an abundance of bubble wrap and fast shipping. The item did come in damaged but it was not the sellers fault but the delivery people and I got it resolved with fedex. I would definitely buy from this person agin

  Lovely transferware cup and saucer sets. They arrived early and packed incredibly well, so in perfect condition. Seller was very helpful and friendly - great communication. I really appreciate this seller😀. She was very accomodating with multiple items and postage. Dishes are in great shape and good quality, and a great value. Would definitely buy from this seller again!

  My Fiesta mugs arrived in perfect condition and appeared to be first quality. Pricing was excellent, shipping certainly did not appear to be inflated, and the mugs were superbly packaged to prevent breakage. I will shop with this vendor again!
