  Several msgs asked for prepaid mail label and finally returned and got full refund Instead of taking full responsibility for broken dvd case or offering partial refund. Rude response and offering full replacement or another dvd title. Did not believe BS tricks of nightmare seller with passive aggressive behavior. Bad customer service and stay away.

  Customer complained of a broken DVD case - not the DVD movie mind you. I offered to replace the DVD case on my expense. Waited and waited for the customer to cancel Refund request as customer admits she already watched and enjoyed the movie. She never cancelled and eBay collected the refund. Free movie night, I guess. :(
