We try to keep everything updated on E-bay but sometimes we may sell something off E-bay and may not be able to update right away.     Item was stolen out of envelope before reaching my mailbox. Contacted seller who offered a different item or refund. Accepted refund which was processed promptly. While I would have much preferred receiving the item ordered (last one seller had), the interaction and refund was handled promptly and professionally by seller.
