  I've given positive feedback because their comuication was good, but I suspect this item came from overseas but was not mentioned in their eBay description. There was a delay in posting the item also the package looked like it came from ether China or the Netherlands.

  On ordering the item, the tracking was not updated till after said item had been delivered to me. On opening the item I found the camera came with a European 2 pin plug. Well that's no good for someone that lives in the UK. I contacted the seller, and informed him/her it is not stated in your description. To which they replied "sorry for the inconvenience & a travel adapter will work"..It didn't. I then had to purchase a 2 pin adaptor off amazon!. Now I can get the camera on & all is fine with i

  I cant say much about the product at this stage but the quality looks good. I will say that the customer service of this seller is very good, fast replies and good resolution of an issue that turned a possible poor situation to a positive one. I would not hesitate to use them again.
