  The watch case arrived damaged, unfortunately. However, I understand that this wasn’t the seller’s fault — everything was packaged really well, and it looks like the damage happened during shipping. The seller did a great job with everything on their end, and I appreciate their quick responses. I’m sure this is just a rare situation. I would still buy from this seller again, just hope for better handling next time. B+
