    Couldn't ask for a better seller. After ordered I ordered an automotive part I asked seller if there was any option for faster delivery. He responded immediately and shipped the next day . Ordered late Thursday, he mailed part Friday and it arrived Monday. Thanks so much for care to ship fast. I really needed the part.

    Not impressed. After I won the item seller informs me he has no box to ship item in?!!! Refunds my money. A few days later he reposts it and sends me a message informing me he has found a box and for me to buy it. I did however it was a bit more expensive that when I first bought it. Just not good customer service at all!

    Good communication on the part of the seller. Me, not so much. I mistook this order for another much less ethical seller and left unwarranted negative feedback. I plan on buying from this seller again.

    The negative feedback left was an error on my part. I confused this order with an identical item. This was a replacement for a depleted toner cartridge purchased from a different vendor.
