    Heen arrived in perfect condition in his little cardboard box. I am a little bummed that I didn't receive the card that was mentioned in the description, and I am disappointed that the bag from the shop that is shown in the photos is not included either. I was really looking forward to having that bag as we didn't purchase anything from the ship while we were there. A bit misleading, but it's a minor thing. Shipping was very fast and as stated above, he arrived in perfect condition.

    Gorgeous bag that was packed very securely for shipping! The item arrived in much better condition than what was described! The shipping costs were very reasonable and the item arrived before it was due. I will definitely be purchasing from this amazing and wonderful seller again! This bag was an amazing value!

    Terrible throughout: Ordered March 26th, Shipped April 10th = Arrived April 14th... No Communication, No Tracking Info, shipped in baggie creased box even with the frail bubble wrap Should have known when the "Make Offer" feature wasn't even a back n forth. Why have it?!! Horrible Service Beware

    Arrived quickly! The books are used, but appear to be in good condition. The box was crumpled but the books are fine. The price is very good for so many books. I’m going to be learning and sharing these with my teacher. The seller packaged the books well.
