    Although this item came damaged the seller took responsibility and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I would order from this seller again just because the communication was great. I had no issues with that but the shipping is where I was upset about but again it came fast but defective and I did not have to send it back the seller just refunded me for the damaged item

    Was ordered and delivered within the given time frame, product was exactly as described. The customer service is top notch. I’ve never dealt with any one that provides such prompt and very helpful feedback. Unfortunately, my package arrived damaged due to shipping however the seller went above and beyond to take care of the issue. 100% recommend.

    The package arrived in a timely manner and was packaged well. There was an issue with the product in which case the seller immediately made contact with me and gave a refund for the product. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone!

    So, the seller got the door handle on its way quickly with a well known delivery service. The delivery service somehow damaged or lost the door handle, which was very well packaged. I contacted the seller and they expedited me out another one which arrived quickly and in good condition. Very pleased with the seller and their commitment to make things right. Very happy with the door handle as well. Solid built, easy to install.
