    Received item, though it arrived broken, yet it was well packaged... so, I'm not sure what happened. It was as described. They accepted my cash offer with no hassle. Return/refund was easy: I requested to return/refund and they refunded my money the next day and did not require to return the item. I really liked the item and wished didn't come broken. But overall a positive experience.

    What a GREAT set of figures! Described as "used", "but near-mint" is closer to the mark. Each bandsman was individually wrapped, and the whole securely packed in a stout fibreboard box. Received in-hand a week after shipment. Smooth transaction from tart to finish! Bid and buy with confidence!

    Seller was great with communication all throughout the process. I have been dealing with issues with eBay sellers over the past 6 weeks and he restored my faith in eBay!!! There was a snafu but seller took care of the situation quickly and to my benefit. Seller is all about the buyers experience. Would absolutely do business with them again.
