Excellent communication too, the 1st item was damaged in transit by the courier and the seller kindly and immediately sent out a replacement which arrived complete with a free bag of sweets!!! a very kind gesture.   I’ve given this 5 stars because the seller was brilliant & very helpful. I can’t fault the dog jacket it was great. But unfortunately it was too big for my dog. So I had to return it. The seller was very helpful & refunded me very quickly once he received it back. I would definitely recommend this buyer & I wouldn’t think twice to buy from him again. 😊
