Very poor service from them.

  I'm sorry you had a problem with the courier, I normally use Royal Mail for most of my products but unfortunately they are too expensive to use for this item. I would have to charge an additional £5.00 which would mean that the customers wouldn't buy them from me. Dave

  The seller couldn't be more helpful, great communication at all times, the item was exactly as described, good quality item at a great price. A small problem occurred with tracking item through freight company. Happy ending once it arrived. I would definitely use seller again, very friendly and good to deal with.
