  Originally, when the items arrived, one of them was not one I had ordered. I contacted the seller and told them of the error, and sent out the correct item right away. That item arrived and it is in excellent condition. There as a minor error, but the seller took care of it to my complete satisfaction.

  Arrived quickly. However; in the future lapel pins shipped through the mail in thin envelopes should be bubble wrapped or placed in a padded envelope. The pin back had torn through the back of the package. Fortunately no damage or missing item.
