  FedEx delivered the package soaking wet like it was dropped in something foul smelling but luckily, the seller wrapped the box and device itself inside in bubble wrap so no damage was made. Device is perfect! Seller was also kind enough to use FedEx to ship since Canada Post and DHL are on strike right now. Thanks so much!

  My experience with this seller was excellent overall, and their communication was great. I received the wrong item after my order but their team quickly resolved the problem fairly, so I don't have any problem. The item I got by mistake was in perfect condition like the original listing though.
