  Positive response and action from the part of the supplier when inform of puzzling situation. The goods look great, the packaging was clever and great, delivery as indicated, yet, it arrived with incomplete instructions as to assemble the item. There is a QR code for assembly instructions of a variety of items from this supplier, but none to address directly the item. There are similar items, yet the sequence of assembly is different, and no one knows what is the first correct step.

  I ordered the color black but they sent me blue. As it turns out I like the blue better! My order came in just a few days. Super happy and will definitely use this seller again.

  Seller had free and fast shipping even though the item weighed 34 pounds,great packaging and amazing value for the item. Thanks! The only challenge were the vague directions. But if you take your time and think it through it’s not a problem. Highly recommend the seller.

  This seller was very good at handling my customer service needs. Even though there were some mismatching parts that prevented proper completion of the product's assembly I don't blame the seller. it's understandable that sometimes a manufacturing team or the packaging team can make errors. It's important to me that my problem was resolved professionally. If I should ever need any other product from this seller I would not hesitate.
