  Positive response and action from the part of the supplier when inform of puzzling situation. The goods look great, the packaging was clever and great, delivery as indicated, yet, it arrived with incomplete instructions as to assemble the item. There is a QR code for assembly instructions of a variety of items from this supplier, but none to address directly the item. There are similar items, yet the sequence of assembly is different, and no one knows what is the first correct step.

  Price is great but delivery of product was late on two separate orders. Almost no communication back from seller. Definitely not in a timely manner. Can’t do business with a company that’s going to deliver product late. I can’t run my business like that. Bad domino effect. Product looks good. Don’t know the quality. Time will tell.

  I ordered from this seller due to the listing showing it would ship out of Houston and would arrive in 2 to 4 days. It shipped out of California and took 7 days. Otherwise I have no complaints. The item was as described.

  Great set of vent shades for the price. Shipping was slow because of the holiday and the shipping carrier didn't update the tracking. Great seller communication. Great product.
