  Shipped fast, and packed well for shipping. Item arrived as described. Great value as the controller is like new. Packaging had some minor wear and tear but it was shown in the product listing and I’m very much not upset about it. Great transaction overall.

  Received item as described. Charger had a small issue...we actually called Wahl and they are sending us a brand new charger for "free." We even told them we bought it off Ebay....that says a lot about the company. I was able to fix the charger, so I'll use the other as a back-up. Both batteries did charge and clipper worked. I'm sure any other issues could be taken care of by just a call to Wahl...they seem to stand behind their products and are willing to help.

  shipping was delayed in delivery — not a fault of the seller. the paper towel holder was exactly as marked. once the item is spruced up some, it will be of great value to me. packaging on the other hand was definitely odd. i’m all for sustainability, but this item being wrapped in trash was next level gross. la croix box and legos box aside — the item was well protected, but the longest hair was stuck to the shipping tape.

  Since 2004, this is the 4th time I've purchased this radio/cd player because it's easy to use and I can wake to music. This one arrived in short order and was securely wrapped for its protection. All components work well (including the sound adjustment which is not always the case). Thanks to Magpie&Magnolia and thanks to eBay for offering such wonderful treasures.
