  I purchased an undertail with taillights and signals, for 2 days couldn't get both lights to work correctly. Lol realized one led was very dim, reached out to idealcycle and they shipped out 2 replacement led bulbs received them in a few days. Good company great customer service. Top notch 👌 thank you

  Excellent company, my only issue was the licence plate holder couldn't be used as however I positioned it it was not legal or showing the licence plate in full at the angle it needed to be so had to purchase L shaped brackets to make my own. The UK is strict on how to display a licence plate especially if the text isnt fully visible from a rear view. Other than that its tops and the seller is friendly and happy to answer any messages which you don't always get so is much appreciated👍
