  This arrived well packaged it is exactly as described. It has a box to keep it in two spare sets of knurling wheels. All three sets of wheels are the same. (That was a point I missed, but is as described) I have not tested it. It does look to be exactly as described. I will definitely be looking at the vendors products and shopping with them in the future.

  Item as described although package did not include the turn handle spindle but this easily rectified. Very well packed with protective oil coating, plastic padding, cardboard box and adhesive film. Quickly dispatched arriving ahead of predicted date. Good ebay supplier.
