  Wow! Super fast shipping! Love the item, even better in person! Great quality! Packaging was great, price was great! Item as described BUT it is in a different wooden box than the pictures showed. I am happy with the box it came in, so no worries. Thank you! Recommended!

  Seller had a family member pass. He mailed me a hand written note explaining that my purchase would be delayed and apologized. That is above and beyond .   The 7800 arrived damaged with a cracked hole in the corner of the shell. It wasn't packaged very well. Shipping also originated several states away from item's listed location. After some conversation back and forth, Seller agreed to accept a return and refund the order. Given the acceptance of return and quick refund, it was still an overall positive, albeit mildly frustrating experience.
