  Bought item on July 13. Had to get Ebay involved to get refund. (SHIPPING LABEL NEVER CREATED) Seller responded to first email quickly on July 18. Apologized said he had no water at home, but it's now resolved and would find the item. A week goes by and still (NO SHIPPING LABEL CREATED). Emailed the seller again. (Has the item I purchased on July 13 been shipped?) DID NOT RESPOND. I have bought items that sellers didn't have anymore. Seller apologized and gave me a quick refund. Gave positive FB
