THREE "ON BOARD FOR DELIVERY TODAY" NOTIFICATIONS CAME AND WENT WITH NO DELIVERY AND STILL NO TRACKING UPDATES. It finally arrived but then I found eBay took a payment again. Very bad by eBay. I had a similar issue with Amazon and they refunded the item even gave me a bonus. That item also suddenly arrived but they did not take the refund back. If eBay is going to say refund and keep it no issues they should keep there word.
