  This ended up being cancelled. I understand things can be quite busy during the holidays. The seller was polite and apologetic. I was quickly refunded for the item, so I am happy with the customer service. My other shadow I ordered was packaged well and was shipped quickly. The items was exactly as pictured and described. I appreciate quick and responsive customer service, so I would happily purchase from this seller again.

  Excellent seller! Item was as described, well packaged, new, unopened and authentic product. Shipped quickly and well packaged. It was not exactly the color I was looking for, but that is a quality control/consistency with the makeup company and their supply chain. As a result, the color and consistency has changed over the years. But definitely worth a try and closer to the original color formulation I fell in love with.
