Somehow the seller and I waited a while to see if it could be resolved by the post office or UPS but it could not. As a result per my request. the seller then promptly and without any argument, kindly refunded the entire price for me. This seller is an asset to Ebay. Thank You! AAA+++

It was a time sensitive item though, and due to delays with the delivery company, it was almost a week later than the original delivery estimate. But that was in no means the fault of the seller.

PLEASE PACKAGE THE ITEM IN A STIFF CARDBOARD BACKING, AS, THE PUBLIC SERVANT WHO DELIVERS OUR MAIL WILL OTHERWISE TWIST, BEND, FOLD THE ITEM TO MAKE IT FIT INTO THE MAILBOX RATHER THAN PLACE ON OUR DOOR STEP. THE CARDBOARD STIFFENERS WERE NOT OF SUFFICIENT THICKNESS TO PREVENT THE P.S. FROM DOING THIS. HOWEVER, THE GOOD NEWS IS THE ITEM WAS NOT DAMAGED IN SPITE OF THE EFFORTS OUR P.S. THANK YOU.
