Madison Seating did a great job packaging and protecting it so I don't blame them at all. I think FedEx handled it poorly. They were quick to respond and address my issue and when I decided to process a return they processed it within 10 minutes. The chair was in good quality otherwise, condition was as described, it's a great value, and the appearance was very good. Great seller overall.

The product itself is not the top of the line or top dollar for that matter but it is very functional and suitable for my 8 hour days. I was skeptical, but took the leap of faith in the company offering a refurbished product. I've been using the product for 2 weeks now with positive results. On top of that, there was a defective lumbar support when it arrived. A quick email informing the team about it, and they quickly responded and sent the part and it arrived 2 days later. Great price, great service, and the product is in great shape.
