  Radio was shipped quickly and packed for surviving almost any abuse the package might receive en route. With the radio came a letter advising how to obtain the radio code (need in this case) to activate the unit. I had queried before purchase to be sure it was a working unit and it arrived tested with an anti tamper sticker. Old radio pulled, this replacement plugged in and works great. Condition was exactly as pictured. Found the BEST for LESS here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Seller.

  Pros- Accepted my offer Fast shipping Great Packaging Cons- As soon as I got my package and saw that it was damage, I messaged the seller the day of and got no response until I made a refund claim 1-2 week later. Pictures and listing showed it was a fully intact part but that wasn’t the case cause it arrived damaged. Seller blamed the shipping company for damages however the box and packaging doesn’t show signs of mishandling… there wasn’t any broken metal pieces from the part itself.

  Bought a used hybrid battery for our job in the shop! It worked perfectly and there was no issues. Seller shipped out within the eBay window and came in the expected timeframe. I would suggest doing business with this customer. Fair price as well. Thank you!

  Item was DVD drive, but stated it included Security code. I paid more money because that the seller stated that this DVD drive came with a code as shown in their add. Item shipped did not come with a code but rather instructions on how to obtain a code. I contacted seller and they replied that they would supply the code. Never heard back again from them. Did follow up request, no reply. I could have saved money by purchasing from another vendor. Unsure if this DVD drive will work in my ca
