  Seller packaged item very carefully so the watch was well protected. The watch was exactly as shown and described! Very happy that the watch is also working (has a live battery) at the time of delivery. I would absolutely purchase from this seller again!!! (This next part was out of the seller's control and is solely a USPS issue) Shipping was a little strange because the tracking didn't update or say that it was even shipped until it was in my town on the other side of the country haha.

  The seller is a fantastic person to work with and very helpful. We had a mistake during shipping but they were right onto fixing it and making sure I got the package as soon as possible. The shipping was fast, the packaging was great, and Mikasa is just as cuddly as the photos made her out to be. Love it!
