  I say it was positive, the only gripe I had was that the listing mentioned a charger included, it didnt mention it was a non apple charger so assumed it would be, if in future you do sell other macbooks, please say if its an apple charger included or not as buyers expect a genuine charger if you dont actually say its a non apple one, other than that everything else was fine

  Avoid at all costs. Marked as shipped on Monday morning with next day delivery. I stressed how important it is. Seller keeps insisting they gave it to Royal Mail but the tracking and royal mail themselves are saying they've not received anything and that the seller has purchased the shipping online and marked as despatched on the dashboard but not actually handed the item over. Keeps asking for more time that just keeps passing with no proof of shipping.
