    I ordered this item on the basis of 'click and collect', having received a message from Ebay to say that the item was ready for collection, I went to collect the parcel, which wasn't there! Contacted the seller for advice / assistance, who advised, that for some unknown reason, the store had refused to accept delivery and returned the package! Arranged for the package to be resent to my home address. First class cooperation / communication / support from the seller - excellent service!
