He called me to confirm delivery address and the delivery was timely. When it arrived it was very securely packaged and marked as fragile. The Naim Unity Nova was brand new as described and retained the original manufacturer's packaging. I have set the unit up and it is performing excellently. I am delighted with this purchase and the price paid.
