    In the 1st shipment , inserts where lost because of use of these cheap bags, I even asked in messenge to seller, "if your going to use these bags, put cardboard on both sides and tape them together so item arrives safely, but seller is either too lazy or cheap to even do this, then they had to send the replacement inserts from China because they didn't have any in the USA!!! Poor quality Poor VALUE Poor packaging condition appearance that the seller just does not care!!!!

    We apologize for the package damage caused by the transportation，And you ask us to give you a full refund ,we didn't agrree, (we can resend you those missing insert or give you a part refund ),inserts are out of stock,so we sent you grey instead of gold from US warehsoue with your consent.and you have recieved it.and we also gave you an extra coupon,has try our best to satisfy you, we really can't understand why you leave us a bad review?we really sad that you did this.

    Excellent seller. One one collet nut of the 2pc set were actually shipped, due to an error in their warehouse, but seller promptly addressed the matter and issued a refund for the missing item. Would buy from this seller again.
