  Finally arrived (delivery was heavily influenced by shipment issues locally) and it's perfect! :) Originally had some issues with the product however I communicated with the seller and they were quick to respond, and resolve the issue with me which I appreciate. Kind seller, communicative, and order arrived in perfect condition, I just had to wait a little longer than average due to various circumstances. Nevertheless, I would recommend as they keep their word. Thank you!

  Very tightly packed [this is good because it was safe from people trying to steal and it was much more easier to give to a friend in the form of a block lol] Seller very responsive to messages, easy to communicate with despite partial language barrier (easily dealt with) Friend is very pleased with the plush, it was in good condition and it looks adorable. It's official merch so it's good quality, and they didn't overcharge much if at all (everyone needs to make money, and shipping costs a lot)

  Condition and quality is good for a like item. I originally ordered green ear muffs but unfortunately they wouldn’t have been able to get here in a reasonable time so the seller reached out to me very quickly and I agreed to change to the tan ones. Item was delivered way faster than expected which is an awesome deal. Sellers communication was top notch.
