Finally received a refund, after escalating the case via Ebay with Lvflooring unable to organise collection. As a goodwill gesture, Lvflooring let me keep the carpet that I didn't order or want, on the basis that I would not leave negative feedback. Unreliable seller that wasted my time, delaying the install.

Initially, I had to contact the seller before they even acknowledged the fact it hadn't been delivered. And I had to listen to them talking about 'missing labels' or some such. I was patient. As a result, DX had to outsource the delivery to a local courier with a smaller van.Throughout this process I have kept you updated
