  In spite of the time difference between myself and the seller, the seller was quick to return answers to my questions. Mannequin is a lightweight plastic but with durable/metal connecting pieces. She is tall but easily manipulated for changes for clothing resale. This makes it easy to use. Packaging was basic but mannequin is not especially fragile. Box arrived quickly and intact. Shipping was extraordinarily fast and the price incredible!

  The product is as advertised. The price was competitive. Purchasing process was easy. Delivery was not sent as one package, and the follow up communication was regular, but very confusing. Date changes on late packages seem reactive, and follow status up on e-bay account is unclear. Looking forward to receiving the remaining order and closing this transaction.

  The stroller is as pictured and what we expected. Unfortunately, the shipping time took longer than was posted in the listing and the item was not here in time to give for a gift on a specific day. The seller’s communication was positive but the listing should not give a specific shipping date if it cannot be honored.

  The box was so poorly packaged that it arrived with the instructions coming out of the box. I could actually see the trap in the box without opening it. Also, the door of the trap wasn’t even on it. I had to use a pliers to manually fix it. When I contacted the seller, they wanted me to give them my email address so that we could communicate outside of eBay. I told them no and they continue to try to get me to communicate outside of eBay. I would never recommend the seller.
