    Luxurious in their name and prices but not in their packing or attitude. This $300 item arrived broken, very poorly and cheaply wrapped for such an expensive piece. The seller insured it for $100. They refused to help in anyway because they said if they filed a claim they would only receive the $100 they insured it for so they wanted me to but refused any real help and just kept mentioning their name being LUXURIOUS DECOR. The item has been returned but the seller is still refusing to help.

    I understand you were upset, I was trying to help you with the help of eBay. They were instructing me wrong, we would have figured it out, and been able to help & got it resolved faster. Read our feedback & our praise. You wrote a false feedback. But it was packed this way there was huge amount of thick soft paper, plus 4 layers of bubble wrap, in addition there were 7 layers of bubble wrap, 10 layers of paper & special honeycombs paper 4 layers, plus 2 "Heavy Duty" box inside of each other.
