  Item was as described and arrived quickly. The packaging was a bit much & the tape wrapped around the tray unnecessarily damaged the bottom when removing it. Thankfully it was only the bottom that was damaged, but the amount of tape was a bit excessive. The seller obviously does care that the item doesn’t get damaged during shipping though.

  Everything about this transaction was above and beyond. Customer service par excellence. The product was shipped expeditiously. Then it arrived a day early because the seller did her best and got it in the mail post haste. Then, for the cherry on top, the product was wrapped with care, like it was a baby, and sealed with a, "Thank you," sticker.
