    The Great Courses: Agency: A History of the CIA was as advertised: new and wrapped. It safely and quickly arrived in splendid unblemished appearance and pristine quality as was expected. An excellent value given other vendor prices for this particular item. A small tear in the wrapping was as described and was no problem whatsoever because I opened the package to check the important DVDs which despite the infamous dvd “pancake” were untouched. A hot deal from an excellent vendor. A+++

    Fantastic response time! One of the cases was broken when it arrived and I let them know. They spent almost 2 hours looking for a replacement (I had honestly just expected them to keep an eye out for a case, not to actively go hunt one down). When they couldn't find one they offered to a full refund to return it or a partial refund for the condition issue. It's refreshing to see people who care about their business on eBay, most would just not care. I will always look in their store first now.
