  Prong is as described, brand new and exactly what i wanted. I had problems with royal mail losing my parcel and was sent a new one as soon as i made the seller aware. I would have appreciated some communication about getting a new one sent as i wasn’t told i’d be getting a replacement but very grateful about how easy it was. Amazing seller , will buy from here again!

  Brilliant service from seller, super fast delivery, collar is really good as expected. Was too big but just ordered another and kept this for when they grow into it. Will definitely use seller again. Thought the postage was a bit expensive but it arrived pretty much the following day so was happy with it.

  This is the third show collar I’ve bought good service comes quick. However I tried to change the size by contacting seller within a minute but the 2 original size was sent out. Seller read you messages please I ended up having to pay postage to return.
