This was an open box item, that was missing a few small items - but otherwise the machine appears to have never been used. The seller contacted me asking if everything was ok. I let them know about the missing parts. I appreciated that they contacted me though.

I had some issues with this unit and I found him to be polite, quick to answer questions, knowledgably and a pleasure to work with. I received this shipment very fast. the packaging was extremely well made. The machine is well built with excellent quality materials. You need to have some skill in assembling it as the manual is not very good. It does not state how much tension you should put on the belt or which size up it should go ect.
